Over 25 years of international leadership experience at the executive level
I support companies through phases of strategic development, international expansion, and structural realignment.
With a degree in business administration (University of Münster) and certification as a mediator (Cologne Chamber of Industry and Commerce), as well as my many years of experience as a judge at the Fiscal Court and my close collaboration with specialized legal and tax advisors, I have extensive practical experience in addressing regulatory and liability-related issues.
For over 25 years, I have been working at the executive and board levels—as an interim executive, strategic advisor, and driver of organizational transformation. My expertise lies in situations where new markets need to be tapped, international structures established, or existing organizations realigned.
International Strategies
I have established, built up, and managed subsidiaries in the U.S., Hong Kong, and China for European companies from the ground up—in some cases serving as an interim CEO on-site for several years. I have also supported U.S. and Asian companies in their market entry and structural establishment in Europe, particularly in Germany and Spain.
I combine strategic market analysis with operational implementation—from founding and organizational and regulatory structuring to the sustainable stabilization of international units.
In addition to my work as an executive and consultant, I have been an entrepreneur for over 30 years—with my own companies and investments in Germany, Spain, and the U.S.
I have also taken over companies undergoing restructuring, stabilized them as a partner and managing director, and guided them through to successful growth or a handover. I have founded and sustainably built up several startups.
This entrepreneurial perspective shapes my work: Strategic decisions are always made with economic responsibility in mind and with a focus on long-term value creation.
I work analytically, systematically, and hands-on—with a deep passion for shaping businesses. For me, business leadership is not just a profession, but a passion.
